Submit a Project Request

Use this form to submit a project request to UComm for review. The more clearly you describe your project, the better the team can evaluate it. After you submit, your request is placed on the agenda for the committee's next project review meeting (held every other week) — you'll typically hear back within a week or two of that meeting. All fields required unless marked optional.

Part 1 — Project Information

Your unit's designated communicator.

Part 2 — Project Discovery

These questions help the review committee understand your project. Answer as completely as you can.

Describe the goal and what a successful outcome looks like.

Think about who this is really for and the specific response you're hoping to create.

A sentence or two is fine. If you're not sure yet, describe what you'd want someone to walk away saying.

If this builds on prior work, what exists already? If it's new, what's the origin of the idea?

If there's a hard deadline or an external driver, describe it here. If the timing is flexible, say so.
